Shopping
  • To check your order status, simply log into your account and click "Order History."

  • Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.

  • You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.

  • Yes, we can wrap your item in our signature box with tissue paper, and include a card with your personal message. The option is available during checkout for an additional $5. Please note this service is not available for wireless speaker purchases.

  • Please contact our support team at support@masterdynamic.com or call us at 1-888-814-5411 immediately if you would like to make changes to your order.

  • Only order history and shipping address are stored in your account. Your credit card information will not be stored.

  • Gift cards are available in Accessories in the following amounts: $129, $159, $199, $329, $399, $458, and $549. Gift cards can be sent directly to the recipient or to you. To purchase multiple gift cards, kindly keep adding them to your cart. If any assistance is needed, email us at support@masterdynamic.com

  • To do our part in helping our community, Master & Dynamic donated 10,000 N95 face masks to New York-Presbyterian and Mount Sinai Hospitals to keep those most at risk safer as they fight COVID-19.
    From April 23 through April 30th, we held a Friends & Family Sale. With your support, we donated enough meals to feed over 80,000 New Yorkers for one day through City Harvest, New York’s largest food rescue organization.

Shipping, Returns, & Warranty

  • Master & Dynamic is currently operating with our standard shipment processing times, but due to high order volumes and carrier delays, some deliveries may arrive later than expected. Unfortunately we are not able to cancel or refund orders after they have been processed and left our facility. If you have questions about the status or anticipated delivery of your order, please contact support@masterdynamic.com

    We offer complimentary shipping via FedEx Ground. Orders placed Mon-Fri by 1pm EST are typically shipped the same day. If you would like your purchase shipped via second-day or overnight, please select this option during checkout. An additional fee will be added to your purchase total.

  • Please allow 5-7 days additional ship time for all orders containing monogrammed items. All monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • We will email you the tracking information for your shipment once your order leaves our warehouse.

  • Replacement Parts ship complimentary UPS Ground, or equivalent services in the other regions.

  • We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe. To change regions, simply click on the region icon near the Cart on the top right corner of the website and select from the list of shipping destinations.   • You will be charged the quoted amount at time of checkout. VAT and Duties are not charged to you upon delivery.

  • We guarantee our products against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of original purchase on our website or from an authorized Master & Dynamic retailer or reseller. If you believe your product is defective within the warranty period, please contact us at support@masterdynamic.com. Please include your product’s serial number, proof of purchase, telephone number and full return shipping address in your message to us. Once your warranty is verified, you will be issued a return authorization and instructions for a return shipment. For more details and exceptions for your specific product, see our Product Support page and find the warranty for your specific product.

  • All products purchased from our website, except for our wireless speaker, may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. For our wireless speaker, it may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. International return orders may be subject to return shipping fees. To initiate such a return please contact us at support@masterdynamic.com. Please include your product’s serial number and full return shipping address in your message to us, and we will issue a returns authorization and send you a prepaid shipping label for return shipment in the original Master & Dynamic packaging. To return the speaker, Master & Dynamic will provide specific packing instructions as well as new packaging should the original packaging no longer be available. This returns policy is also valid for our accessories products, with the restriction that ear pads and cables purchased as accessories can only be returned if they have not been used. Products purchased from one of our authorized resellers will follow the reseller’s returns policy. Master & Dynamic does not accept returns or exchanges of Master & Dynamic products purchased from other retailers. Furthermore, we do not accept returns or deliveries without a valid returns authorization from our customer service desk at support@masterdynamic.com.

  • To initiate any return, please contact us at support@masterdynamic.com. Be sure to include your product’s serial number and full return shipping address, and we will issue a returns authorization and send you a prepaid shipping label for return shipment in the original Master & Dynamic packaging. To return the speaker, Master & Dynamic will provide specific packing instructions as well as new packaging should the original packaging no longer be available.

  • Refund is paid within 5 business days of our receiving and approving your returned item. Refunds are in the form of original payment. We do not refund overnight shipping or gift wrapping charges.

  • You can request a new password, by clicking here and selecting “I Forgot My Password” where you will be prompted to enter your email. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

  • Registering your product will allow us to serve you more quickly and efficiently by having your product verification information in advance.
